Prepare broccoli, onions, peppers, pasta, carrots, eggs

Prepare the beef and butter (I am a semi-finished filet mignon)

Wash the onions, peppers and carrots and cut into shreds and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onions for about 2 minutes

Continue to add green pepper shreds and carrot shreds and stir-fry for about 2 minutes

Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt, MSG and pepper and stir-fry

Start frying the steak in butter over medium heat

While the steak is frying, cook the pasta, about 10 minutes

After 10 minutes on medium heat, the steak is done and ready to be plated and ready to eat
