Lemon Honey Carrot
Overview
I bought carrots today to make cakes. When I sliced them, I found that the carrots were very thick. I suddenly used a mold to press the carrot slices into five-pointed stars. They looked very beautiful, so I boiled these carrots briefly, squeezed lemon on them, mixed them with honey and marinated them. They were sour and sweet and quite delicious.

Thinly slice the carrots.

Use a mold to press out the shape of the carrot slices.

Place the carrot slices into a small pot.

Add some water (just enough to cover the carrot slices), put the small pot on the fire, and boil the carrots slightly for half a minute.

Let the cooked carrots and juice cool and add a little olive oil.

Squeeze in the juice of one lemon.

Add appropriate amount of honey, mix well and refrigerate for 3 hours to taste.
