Soften the butter in a bowl of hot water

After softening, add the powdered sugar in batches, mixing well each time. Add the egg mixture in portions, beating well each time.

Sift in the flour and knead into a dough. (You don’t need to knead for a long time, I just kneaded for a short while to make the flour and egg liquid even). Then wake up for half an hour.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm. Cut into strips, apply egg wash (reserve some in advance), and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Middle layer is lower, 180℃, 22 minutes.
