Prepare ingredients

Cut the steak, carrots, mushrooms and onions into small cubes

Fry the eggs and diced steak separately (the diced steak tastes better when fried in butter), set aside

Take up the pan and add a little more oil to prevent it from burning. Add the diced carrots first and stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes

Add diced onions and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until the onions are raw

Add rice, fried steak cubes and eggs, stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and MSG, stir-fry evenly
