Stir-fried celery with lily and fungus
Overview
I still have a little bit of the fish paste I made last time. I made a light health dish, especially suitable for autumn. It moistens the lungs and clears away heat, nourishes yin and promotes body fluid to prevent autumn dryness.

Soak and wash the dried lilies and fungus, and prepare the celery, carrot and fish paste for later use.
