Cut the pork into thick pieces and stir-fry in the pot.

Switch to the electric pressure cooker, add water that almost covers the pork, add salt, and start simmering for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, change the wok, add rock sugar and carrots, and reduce the juice.
