Overview
Gluten is a special protein food obtained by kneading flour in water to remove the slurry. It can be divided into three types: water gluten, fried gluten and baked gluten. I like water gluten, stir-fry it with vegetables and eat it with rice. It is an economical home-cooked side dish.

Cut the gluten into small pieces or tear it by hand.
