Blanch the beef brisket in cold water in a pot until it bleeds, remove and wash

Cut the beef brisket into small pieces

Slice ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients

Transfer the fried beef brisket to the pressure cooker, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce
