  1. Blanch the beef brisket in cold water in a pot until it bleeds, remove and wash

  2. Cut the beef brisket into small pieces

  3. Slice ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and set aside

  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients

  5. Add the beef brisket to the pan and stir-fry

  6. Transfer the fried beef brisket to the pressure cooker, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce

  7. Add a few rock sugar and an appropriate amount of water

  8. Bring the pressure cooker to a boil over high heat and press for about 15 minutes

  9. Remove the cooked beef brisket and set aside

  10. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

  11. Put the cooked beef brisket and potatoes in the casserole, bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

  12. Finished product.
