Prepare ingredients, wash and set aside.

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, and cut the onions and tomatoes into fine pieces. (I forgot to take a photo)

Bring water to a boil, add spaghetti and a little salt and cook.

Put it in a basin and soak it in cold water.

Put olive oil in the pot.

Add the meat and stir-fry until oily, then add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

Add 2 spoons of tomato paste.

Add a little salt, stir-fry and scoop out 1/3.

Drain the pasta and add it to the pot.

Add cracked black pepper (not pepper)

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, pour 1/3 of the tomato meat sauce on top.
