Occasionally eating a meal of glutinous rice is quite delicious.

Wash the glutinous rice;

Prepare the ingredients: debone the chicken legs and cut the chicken into small pieces; cut the homemade bacon into thin slices; shred the carrots and mushrooms; cut the green onions into small pieces.

Heat the pan without adding oil. Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant and the skin becomes crispy;

Put the glutinous rice into the pot, stir in a small amount of oil and salt, and add an appropriate amount of water;

Add a little salt, sugar and cooking wine to the chicken and marinate it for 10 minutes. Peel the peanuts;

Heat oil in a pan, first add chicken and stir-fry until white; then add shredded carrots and mushrooms and continue stir-frying; season with appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and sugar; then add bacon and stir-fry until cooked;

When the glutinous rice is almost cooked, about 30 minutes, open the lid and pour in all the ingredients and mix well; if you find the taste or moisture is insufficient, sprinkle a little appropriately; then cover the lid and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes.
