Homemade Pomfret Stew

Wash the fresh pomfret and remove the internal organs from the belly. Make diagonal cuts on the body.

Cut onions and ginger into shreds and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add some shredded onions and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the fish and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add cold water that basically covers the fish. Add salt and bring to a simmer.

After the water boils, add the remaining onions and ginger, sprinkle on the fish, and turn to low heat. Collect the juice.

Collect the juice and take it out of the pot. Sprinkle appropriate amount of coriander segments.
