Overview
I particularly like the delicious aroma that Valrhona cocoa powder brings to Western cakes. I really can’t let go of that aroma.

Sift together the cake flour and cocoa powder and set aside.

Fold the softened butter and icing sugar evenly with a spatula.

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Add the whipping cream in small amounts and continue beating with an electric mixer.

Sift the flour mixture into the whipped butter.

Place the batter into a piping bag.

Pipe cookies onto baking sheet.

Put it into a preheated 180-degree oven, set the upper and lower heat to the middle level, and bake for about 15 minutes.
