Stir-fried mixed vegetables with golden needles
Overview
I originally wanted to make grilled rapeseed with shiitake mushrooms, but I couldn’t buy shiitake mushrooms, so I made this fresh dish on a whim. New dishes, new flavors, very good.

Blanch the enoki mushrooms, take them out after cooling, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces

Wash and divide the rapeseed into stems and drain the water

Pick and wash the fungus, cut into slightly thick strips, and slice the carrot

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant

Add rapeseed and stir-fry

Add fungus and carrots and stir-fry until soft

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry

Finally add the blanched enoki mushrooms
