Ingredients
Steps
-
The main materials are ready.
-
Wash the chicken legs and cut them into two pieces on one side;
-
Poke the remaining parts with a toothpick (these two steps are to make the chicken legs flavorful);
-
Shred the onion, chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and coriander, and chop the black bean roughly and set aside;
-
Add shredded onions, minced onions, ginger, garlic, and minced dried tempeh to the chicken legs;
-
Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper powder, Sichuan pepper powder, Laoganma oil chili pepper, wild mountain pepper sauce, and white sugar (this kind of wild pepper sauce is used more, so I think it’s okay);
-
Mix until uniform;
-
Place in a plastic bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. (Minimum no less than 2 hours);
-
Put into steamer;
-
After the water boils, steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
-
After steaming, you can enjoy it. Steaming vegetables is relatively convenient. You can marinate them in the refrigerator and then steam them at any time before eating.
