The ingredients are ready, after soaking

Chicken cubes

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the white chicken with ginger, scallions and until it changes colour, add soybean paste, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and wine and stir-fry evenly

Add the water in which the mushrooms were soaked and part of the water (too little soup is not good)

After the water boils, add the mushrooms and fungus, stir-fry evenly, pour into the electric pressure cooker and press for 10 minutes

After taking it out of the pot, add green onion sprouts
