Pebble biscuits
Overview
This biscuit is small in size, crispy and slightly hard in texture. Children can take one bite at a time. It is a very good teething snack. It is also a biscuit that my baby likes to eat. He eats it non-stop every time it is made. It is precisely because he loves to eat so much that he will eat a lot, so there is very little sugar in the recipe, but because of the condensed milk, it also has a sweet taste. This recipe does not use butter, but uses light cream, and also uses a lot of milk powder, so it is a biscuit with a strong milk flavor, and the little one can also supplement calcium by eating it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First put the whipping cream, condensed milk, eggs, salt, and powdered sugar into a basin. For the eggs, I only used egg yolks and a little bit of egg whites, a total of 30 grams, instead of whole eggs.
-
Stir thoroughly
-
Mix cake flour and milk powder and sift
-
Sift into the milk
-
Fold into dough, wrap in plastic bag and leave for 1 hour. You can keep it in the refrigerator on hot days
-
Roll the dough into pieces about 6-7 mm thick, then cut into strips and finally into small squares. I cut it with a scraper at first, but the cut surface was not neat enough. Then I put it on a wooden chopping board and cut it with a ceramic knife, and it was very neat. I just forgot to take a picture of the process. It depends on your home situation and personal preferences.
-
Place the cut cookie dough into the baking pan and spray a small amount of water before baking
-
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees with upper and lower heat. After preheating, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
