Yellow Noodle Sweet Potato Rice Cake

This rice cake is mixed with sweet potato puree when making it, making it more elastic than rice cakes made entirely from yellow rice noodles.

Prepared ingredients, sweet potatoes have been steamed;

Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them into puree. The sweet potatoes are now silky. I sieved them through a mesh and the sweet potato puree came out relatively fine;

Add yellow rice noodles;

Add water while kneading the dough to make it into a soft dough. A total of 60 grams of water was added;

Pour cold water into the pot, steam over high heat for 20 minutes after boiling, then turn to medium heat and steam for 20-30 minutes;
