I like food books very much, and I enjoy reading them every time. This milk tea crispy biscuit is made according to the recipe in Teacher Meng's biscuit book. It has a crispy texture and, in my words, a strong milk tea flavor!

Cut the black tea bag and pour the black tea powder into a small bowl;

Add 2 tablespoons of milk and soak for 30 minutes;

Soften unsalted butter at room temperature and beat with an electric mixer until pale;

Pour the soaked black tea powder and milk into the butter paste;

Stir evenly again;

Mix the flour and baking powder evenly, then sift into the butter paste;

Stir evenly without dry powder;

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball with your hands;

Flatten the balls with your hands, put them into the baking pan, and use a fork to mark the patterns. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
