Clean the mushrooms.

Cut mushrooms into slices.

Chop green onions.

Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add water and bring to a simmer.

Wash and chop coriander.

Beat the eggs.

After the water boils, add the egg liquid and cook.

Finally add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
