When buying four large yellow peaches in the supermarket, don’t choose ones that are too ripe or too soft.

Wash it in salt water and see if the fuzz on the surface of the yellow peach is washed off.

Peel and cut into pieces.

So sweet, 520 grams of cut yellow peach pulp.

Add 90 grams of crushed rock sugar and mix slightly.

Put it into a steamer and steam it (put a plate on top of the bowl, you don’t like to cover it with plastic wrap)

Steam over high heat for 25-30 minutes (the time is for reference only). The softness and hardness of yellow peaches are different and the size of the cut pieces is different. Just steam them thoroughly.

Let cool naturally and store in a water-free and oil-free sealed bowl.

It will taste better after being refrigerated.

You can add some water if you feel it is too sweet.
