Overview
This bread is still made during the mulberry season, and the recipe is based on YOYO's. I'm just curious, why is it sexy purple when others make it, but chocolate color when I make it? No matter what, the taste is not good, I will continue to practice next year, haha

Rinse the mulberries repeatedly and puree them in a food processor.

Add yeast and mix well, then add flour and knead well. Add corn oil little by little and knead until smooth.

Ferment until doubled in size.

After exhausting, the whole circle becomes loose.

Shape into shape for secondary fermentation.

When it doubles in size, score it a few times with a knife, sift in flour, and set it at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
