Broccoli, Carrot, Mushroom and Shrimp Soup
Overview
This is the ❤️love late night soup that I prepared for Lao Li late at night. Recently, he often works overtime, comes home late, and eats out three meals a day. Poor baby, our family is really lucky for him. In the past, when he came back from working overtime, I would leave a bowl of soup for him to drink when he came back. There was no cooking at home tonight, so I made late-night vegetable and shrimp soup.

Map of required materials. You only need 5 broccoli, 1/3 carrot and 1/2 seafood mushroom. I made it for one person, so I ordered all the ingredients.

Remove the shells and slime from the shrimps, wash and cut the seafood mushrooms, peel and slice the carrots, wash the broccoli, divide 1 into 2, fry the eggs in a plate and set aside

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and add shrimp shells and onions, stir-fry the shrimp oil, take out the shrimp shells and onions

Add carrots and seafood mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry

After the seafood mushrooms are out of water, add hot water to the pot.
