Oyster sauce lettuce
Overview
Lettuce is usually eaten raw or mixed with cold dishes. Today, oyster sauce is used to stir-fry lettuce, which gives it a special taste. Stir-frying over high heat can keep the lettuce crispy and allow the lettuce to absorb the flavor of the oyster sauce.
