Shredded radish noodle soup
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, and have a bowl of noodle soup for breakfast alone. The small noodles were given by friends and dried by my family members. The workmanship is very good, very thin and easy to cook. There were leftover radishes at home, and I remembered the shredded radish soup my grandma made when I was a kid, so I mixed it up and made it my breakfast. It tastes pretty good 😄

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, because a small amount of dough is enough for each person. I cut half of the radish because I didn’t want to waste it, which was a bit too much.
-
Shred and prepare, leave a few large slices of radish to serve with the soup.
-
Sauté minced garlic and chopped green onion.
-
Add shredded radish and fry until medium cooked.
-
Add water and bring to a boil.
-
Add the dough slices, fungus, and a few slices of radish. Cook and add some salt.
-
It comes out of the pot and is very warm in winter. If you don’t have any noodles at home, you can replace it with shredded radish pimple soup.
