I have always loved soy products. Simple home-style stir-fried edamame and dried bean curd is a quick stir-fry that is easy to make with meals.

  1. Prepare the ingredients (I peeled the edamame in advance)

  2. Dice the dried tofu, dice the hot dog, and dice the green pepper

  3. Preheat cooking oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

  4. Add green pepper and stir-fry

  5. Add dried tofu, hot dog and stir-fry for 2 minutes

  6. Finally, add the edamame and stir-fry for 1 minute, add a small amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

  7. Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oil, and stir-fry for 2 minutes

  8. Add 1 tablespoon of edible salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.
