Clean the chicken legs, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce and marinate for 2 hours

Rinse off the salt and cooking wine light soy sauce with water. Peel the upper part of the chicken skin from the bones and push the meat down.

Add black pepper powder and cumin powder and mix well. Massage repeatedly with your hands to ease the flavor. Just 10 minutes

Wrap the bones in tin foil for easy handling. Chicken legs evenly coated with cornstarch

Beat the eggs. Hold the tinfoil covered in egg wash. Shake off excess egg liquid

Mix oatmeal and bread crumbs in a flat plate. Wrap the chicken legs evenly

Place a piece of oil paper in the frying basket for easy cleaning. Arrange the chicken legs. There must be a gap

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 2 minutes. Fry for 20 minutes

When time is up, take out the plate. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
