Cut the meat into cubes, chop the onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat the cold oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the meat and stir-fry for a while, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and thirteen spices to taste.
