Spicy Squid
Overview
When I returned to my hometown, my sister took me to have a barbecue. The grilled squid tasted great. I also made it when I came home. Although it was not grilled, it tasted good.

Clean the squid and cut into thick strips.

Boil the water, blanch the squid, remove and drain the water.

Cut the cleaned garlic in half, shred the onion, cut the dried chili into sections, and prepare an appropriate amount of peppercorns.

Heat a wok, pour oil, and sauté the dried chili segments and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.

First add the garlic and stir-fry until lightly browned, then add the onion shreds and stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the squid, add cooking wine and stir-fry. (You can use a little more cooking wine)

Add thirteen spices and salt to taste, and remove from the pot.
