Coco Chiffon Naked Cake (8 inches)
Overview
This cake was made for his sister's grandson. Because I was in a hurry to deliver it, I didn’t take any pictures of whipping the whipped cream or cutting the kiwi fruit. The children were very happy after seeing it~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients picture: four medium eggs and one large egg. (I forgot to include the kiwi fruit. I didn’t use the Oreo cookies, I put extra.)
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two clean, oil-free and water-free containers.
-
First add olive oil, milk and a little salt to the egg yolk,
-
Beat well with a hand mixer
-
Sift in the cocoa powder and mix gently
-
Sift in low-gluten flour twice,
-
Mix gently each time
-
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites
-
Use an electric egg beater or a kitchen mixer to beat at the third gear. Add the sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until you can insert a chopstick and hold it upside down.
-
Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste several times and mix evenly. Remember: do not mix in circles. (At this time, the oven is preheated to 160 degrees)
-
Finally, pour the mixed cake batter back into the container with the remaining egg whites, and continue to cut and mix evenly.
-
Pour into an eight-inch mold and knock out any air bubbles.
-
Place in the middle and lower rack of the preheated oven,
-
Set to 160 degrees for about 50 minutes
-
When the time is up, take out the oven and gently shake out the heat inside,
-
Then put it upside down on a drying rack, let it cool completely and then unmold
-
Wash the strawberries, drain the water, and cut off the stems
-
Then cut off one-third of the top of the strawberry and set aside. (Peel and cut the kiwi, add 20g of sugar to the light cream and beat at medium speed until it becomes obvious texture)
-
The cake base is divided into two layers, and one layer is placed on the supporting paper
-
Add light cream and kiwi slices
-
Cover with another piece of cake base, add whipped cream,
-
Spread whipped cream evenly and decorate with Santa Claus made of strawberries (add cream foam between two sections of each strawberry and sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds.)
