Crispy fennel fritters
Overview
The fennel fried dough sticks that can only be eaten in hot pot restaurants can now finally be enjoyed at home. It is easy to make stir-fried chicken and you can taste the crispy and soft fennel fried dough sticks in about an hour!

Saute fennel until fragrant and set aside

Weigh the dough stick powder, eggs, salad oil, yeast and milk together;

Stir into a dough

Add the fried fennel and black sesame seeds and knead into a ball

Add minced chives, knead into a ball, and place in a warm place to rest for 20-30 minutes

Press the rested dough into sheets

Roll the dough into thin slices, about 2-3mm

Cut into small pieces and roll into strips

Prepare hot oil at about 70-100 degrees and fry until golden brown.
