Braised Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables
Overview
The prunes must be washed and drained in advance, otherwise the prepared prunes will be very soft. But also based on personal taste, I like to eat firmer. Don't add salt, prunes are inherently salty.

Cut the pork belly into even sizes, stir-fry in a pot, and stir out the oil.

Wash the prunes and drain them.

Stir-fry the pork belly until the oil comes out, add a few slices of ginger and a little cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry until fragrant, add the prunes and stir-fry. Stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes, add sugar (add according to personal taste, I like to eat sweet, so I add more)

Remove from pot and put into bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Put it in a pressure cooker and steam it for ten or twenty minutes.
