Soak the ribs in water first to remove the blood.

After soaking the yuba, cut it into sections.

Boil the soaked pork ribs with onion, ginger, pepper, and aniseed to remove impurities. Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil, take out the ribs, wash and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, lower the heat, and add rock sugar.
