Pastoral Chicken Wings
Overview
This garden chicken wings dish tastes good, has the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, and is very easy to make. It can be made for entertaining guests or as a treat for yourself on weekend afternoons. I usually buy large chicken wings, so that I have the top, middle and base of the wings.

Steps
-
Prepare the chicken wings one day in advance, wash them, drain the water and add an appropriate amount of marinated meat (I bought large chicken wings, so that the tips, middle and roots of the wings are all included)
-
Massage the chicken wings well, knead the chicken wings evenly, and fully absorb the flavor (there are many choices of marinade ingredients, which are sold in supermarkets. You can buy the flavor you like and marinate them). Put the chicken wings in the refrigerator to marinate for one night before using.
-
Cut the garnishes (you can choose any vegetables you like, but onions are essential for barbecue)
-
Arrange the marinated chicken wings evenly on a baking sheet lined with tin foil
-
Preheat the oven and start baking at 180 degrees
-
After twenty minutes, take it out, turn it over, and continue to brush on the remaining marinating juice
-
At this time, prepare honey water (one spoonful of honey mixed with one spoonful of water)
-
Take it out again and brush it with marinated meat juice until it is used up, which will make it more delicious (about 180 degrees, turn over after 20 minutes, repeat twice)
-
The chicken wings are basically roasted. Take them out and brush them with plenty of honey water. Increase the temperature to about 200 degrees (our family likes the texture of the meat to be slightly burnt, so adjust your oven appropriately according to your preferred degree of doneness)
-
After brushing with honey water, sprinkle with appropriate amount of basil
-
Put on the side dishes, and finally put it into the oven at 200 degrees for ten minutes
-
It’s baked, ready to serve
-
Garden chicken wings, eat it!
