Braised medium wings
Overview
I make braised chicken wings this way every time, and add garlic cloves to burn the garlic aroma. It’s especially delicious when it’s fresh out of the pan! The skin is fragrant and tender, as if it is baked, and it feels filling when you take a bite.

Blanch the chicken wings in water

Rinse with water and drain

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry the garlic cloves, star anise, peppercorns, ginger slices and dried chili peppers over low heat until fragrant.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Put the chicken wings into the pan and stir-fry several times

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and a little boiling water and simmer for about 2 minutes. Finally, pour it on for a delicious taste.

Collect the juice, remove from the pan and serve on a plate
