Grilled Squid with Dried Vegetables

Soak the dried vegetables in water for half an hour. (This dried vegetable is tasteless unlike prunes, which are salty.) Remove and squeeze out the water and set aside.

Cut the dried squid into small pieces and soak for more than 1 hour, then clean, drain and set aside.

Heat a pan, add a little oil and two slices of ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add squid strips and stir-fry for a while. Pour in cooking wine.

Add dried vegetables and stir-fry, add a little salt.

Add enough water to start simmering, bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium to low heat for about 20 minutes.
