Peng Dou takes you to make a quick home-cooked calcium-supplementing dish--poached eggs with cabbage, dried shrimps and skin
Overview
Everyone says that spring is the best season for calcium supplementation, but I think winter is the most suitable season of the year for calcium supplementation. Especially the elderly who have poor bones should supplement more calcium. Medicinal supplements are not as good as food supplements. Today we will make a simple, delicious and super calcium-supplementing cabbage, shrimp skin and fried eggs! This is my favorite in winter!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Dice the winter seasonal vegetable Chinese cabbage leaves and prepare fresh dried shrimps.
-
Four eggs, cabbage, and dried shrimps are mixed evenly. Sometimes I also add a little chopped green onion to enhance the flavor.
-
When stirring the egg liquid, pour water into the pot and prepare to boil (you can add more water if you like to drink soup). After the water boils, add the egg liquid that has been stirred evenly. Note that the shrimp skin has a salty taste, so you can only add a little salt. If you put a lot of shrimp skin, you can even add no salt.
-
If you don’t need to stir the egg liquid at the beginning, stir it again after it is formed. In less than 5 minutes, the simple and delicious fried cabbage, shrimp skin and eggs will be out of the pan!
