Carrot, Corn and Bone Soup

Add water to the soup pot, preheat over low heat and add ginger slices. In another pot, blanch the bones in water to remove the foam, boil them with cold water, rinse them, put them in the soup pot, and turn to high heat.

Bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and add corn segments. After boiling, reduce heat to simmer.

Add salt, add carrot cubes, continue to simmer over low heat, and remove from the pot for half an hour.
