Prepare the required ingredients, I forgot to take pictures of the peppercorns and green onions

Wash and slice beef

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and a little sugar to the cut beef slices and mix well.

Add a spoonful of starch and mix well

Add another spoonful of cooking oil and mix well

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and fry the beef slices until cooked.

Fry the meat slices until they are 80 to 90% cooked, take them out of the pan and set aside

Rinse the pot clean again and pour in an appropriate amount of oil. Add peppercorns and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the meat slices into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, a little salt and light soy sauce.
