Thaw and wash the ribs. Bring a large pot of hot water to boil. Add the ribs and scald the blood for the first time. Remove the ribs. Heat hot water in the pot again, then add the ribs and cook until 8 minutes done

Adjust the sauce (olive oil, black peppercorns, honey, salt, barbecued pork sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, onion rings or strips), put the ribs into a plastic bag, introduce the sauce and marinate for half an hour (marinate the night before for more flavor)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, line a baking sheet with tin foil and apply olive oil. Place the ribs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Watch the ribs change and apply oil and remaining sauce
