Crispy Tofu
Overview
The whole family loves to eat delicious tofu. Because I like to eat tofu, I eat tofu more often. The more I eat tofu, the more ways I eat tofu. Eat tofu in various ways, and it will always be new if you eat it often. This crispy tofu is made by marinating the tofu and then baking it in the oven to make the skin crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is very good.

Wash the tofu, blanch it in a cooking pot, then remove and drain the water.

Drain the tofu and cut into slices and place in a basin.

Add salt to the bowl.

Add sugar.

Add light soy sauce.

Pour the sauce over the tofu and marinate for 10 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and add marinated tofu.

Put the baking sheet into the oven, heat it up and down, 190 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
