Preparation: prawns.

Yellow bread crumbs, egg yolk liquid.

Remove the heads, shells and intestines of the prawns, then wash them, add salt, pepper, and rice wine and marinate them for a while.

Dip the marinated shrimp into the egg yolk liquid first.

Dip in yellow bread crumbs and press slightly.

Dip them all in order and put them on the plate for later use.

Heat the oil in a small soup pot until it is 60% hot, add the prawns and fry.

Fry until golden and crispy, about five minutes.

Take it out and drain the oil.

It's great served on a plate or dipped in sweet chili sauce or salad dressing.
