Garlic Grilled Oysters
Overview
Due to recent physical discomfort, my little A has been covered with a thick layer of dust. Recently, he finally came back to life with full health, and it’s time to let the oven play its role. A simple but high-quality garlic grilled oyster is really delicious, and oysters are rich in nutrients, high in protein and low in fat, and have the effects of beautifying the skin, calming the mind, and improving the brain. So, do you want to eat more...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required ingredients. The oysters you buy must be cleaned with a brush
-
Chop chives and millet and set aside (chop garlic too, I forgot to take pictures here)
-
Heat an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Pour the fried minced garlic into a bowl, add the chopped chives and millet prepared in advance, then add an appropriate amount of salt to taste and mix well
-
Use a knife to pry open the oysters. There is no special skill in this step, just be patient and pay attention to safety (I originally planned to make 6 oysters, but the last one couldn't be pried open, so I made 5 oysters)
-
Place the oysters on the baking sheet, heat the oven to 195 degrees, and preheat the oven to 185 degrees for 10 minutes
-
Use a spoon to evenly place the minced garlic on the oysters
-
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes
