Stir-fried braised pork tongue with hot pepper
Overview
In the past two days, the supermarket was doing an event and the price of braised pork tongue was 5 yuan less than usual, so I bought a braised pork tongue to take home. It was cold these two days and I didn't want to eat cold dishes, so I had to stir-fry the braised pork tongue. Since the braised vegetables have the flavor of braised food, there is no need to put more condiments in it. Simply stir-fry with chili and it tastes great.

Prepare a braised pig tongue.

Cut the braised pork tongue into thin slices and set aside.

Wash the peppers and cut into small circles with a diagonal knife. Peel and slice the garlic.
