Fried Dried Tofu with Green Beans and Black Beans
Overview
Green tempeh is pickled with green beans and chili peppers. It has a crisp, sour and spicy taste and is appetizing. It can be eaten alone or stir-fried with vegetables and meat. Today, my family uses it to stir-fry dried tofu. It tastes great and is a simple, quick and nutritious appetizer.
