Pick and wash mustard green hearts

Cut into sections and mince some ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Stir-fry the mustard core for 2-3 minutes, add a little salt and sugar and stir-fry evenly. The vegetables will be very tender and easy to cook
