Prepare sushi nori and set aside.
-
Take two pieces of sushi nori and fold them in half.
-
Fold the torn half of the seaweed in half as shown in the picture and tear it apart.

-
Spread the extended sushi seaweed on the cutting board as shown in the picture, and then spread the rice on something. After spreading it, press it gently with your hands so that the rolled sushi will be firm.

This is a rolled sushi roll.
-
Cut the rolled sushi roll into two parts of the same size from the middle as shown in the picture, and then cut the two parts into four parts of the same size. The knife used to cut sushi must be fast, and it must be wiped clean with a damp cloth after each cut to avoid imperfections in the cut sushi.
-
Take the two long pieces of seaweed that have been torn apart, stick them together with white rice, and place them flat on the cutting board. As shown in the picture, put the cut kimbap on the seaweed in the opposite direction (if the cylindrical kimbap is cut and placed in the opposite direction, there will be an empty space in the middle).
-
Place the square salmon strips and cucumber strips in the empty position just mentioned as shown in the picture. First place a cucumber strip as shown in the picture.
-
Place two more salmon strips as shown in the picture.
-
Place the remaining cucumber strip on top of the salmon as shown.
-
