Cumin Kebab
Overview
Everyone, big and small, loves to eat kebabs, and it’s super affordable to make them yourself. Have two skewers while watching TV and have endless aftertaste.

Prepare 700 grams of lean meat.

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.

Wash and chop ginger, onion and garlic.

Add half a spoonful of salt, cooking wine and all other ingredients to the meat.

Add minced onion, ginger and garlic.

Marinate them for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, take out the meat and skewer it into skewers.

Arrange into non-stick baking pan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (if it is not a non-stick baking pan, cover it with tin foil)

Sprinkle some chili powder and cumin powder.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

After baking for 10 minutes, take it out and apply an appropriate amount of oil evenly.

Turn over, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin powder, and return to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes.
