Stir-fried tofu with Chinese cabbage
Overview
One day, I made egg, persimmon and mushroom soup, but I still had cabbage and tofu at home. If you don’t eat it, it will go bad. But making cabbage and tofu soup didn’t taste right, so I just stir-fried the cabbage and tofu together. Surprisingly, my wife liked it very much. Later, when we invited guests to our house for dinner, my wife ordered this dish again. Surprisingly, everyone said it was delicious, and it was the first to be sold on the CD. Now I recommend it to everyone.
