Wash the beef and cut into thin slices.

Peel and dice potatoes and carrots, and dice onions.

Heat the oil pan, add beef slices and fry until cooked.

Cut the meat into pieces and set aside.

Add onions and carrots and saute until fragrant.

Add potato cubes and continue to stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, beef slices, and stock, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cook for half an hour.

Blanch peas and konjac knots in boiling water.

Remove the peas and konjac knots and set aside.

After the beef is cooked for half an hour, add the peas and konjac knots, open the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
