Ingredients
Steps
-
Preparation: Clean the pork and drain it with kitchen paper.
-
Spread the pork separately on the cutting board and use a hammer to loosen the pork to make it easier to eat and taste better.
-
Then put the meat into a large bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, honey, ginger, and garlic.
-
Mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.
-
Put a little oil in the rice cooker, but you don't have to. The rice cooker won't stick to the pan (as long as the sauce can be mixed with noodles or rice later).
-
Put the marinated pork into the rice cooker, pour in the sauce, add a little water, press the cooking button to cook normally, and wait for the food.
-
It was done in about twenty-five minutes and was super fragrant.
-
Pick up and let cool slightly.
-
Cut into slices and serve on a plate, pour the sauce in the pot over the surface of the barbecued pork.
